Blue Spruce Health is seeking a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible Family
Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join our growing Direct Primary Care (DPC)
practice in beautiful Williston, Vermont. We are a mission-driven, physician-led
organization that believes in restoring the joy to the practice of medicine by eliminating
the burdens of insurance billing and excessive administrative overhead.
As a physician in our DPC model, you will focus on building meaningful relationships
with your patients, practicing true longitudinal care, and making clinical decisions based
on what is best for the patient—not third parties. Our Williston location is primed for
growth, with strong community demand and support from a collaborative team.

Medical Doctor (MD)
- Range: Between $220,000-$230,000, performance incentives available

- Range: Between $105,000 and $125,000, performance incentives available

- Range: Between $100,000-$115,000, performance incentives available
